I had an awesome experience buying a car from Charles. He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The one month warranty was really great, especially since the car was a good fair price to begin with. The check engine light came on 3 weeks in and he kindly had the car repaired and honoured the warranty. It was a head gasket leak. It's nice to have one month to see what the car needs improvement on, although all cars new or used eventually need parts repaired/replaced. l think he genuinely wants people to feel happy in their car and more importantly safe!
